By downloading or using the AI Art Generator : AI Image App a product of Galaxy Apps Center, these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read  them carefully before using  the AI Art Generator : AI Image App. AI Art Generator : AI Image App provides services  to  generate  and  share  with  other  users  visual  content  through  the  use  of  its  AI algorithm  based  on  the  texts inserted  by  you  and  the  art  styles  provided  by AI Art Generator : AI Image App (Services).

This Terms and Conditions only grants you the right to use  the AI Art Generator App to benefit from Services within the scope defined herein. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the AI Art Generator : AI Image App, any part of the AI Art Generator : AI Image App, or our trademarks in any way. We  may  also  wish  to  stop providing the AI Art Generator : AI Image App, and may terminate  use of it at any time  without giving notice of termination  to  you.  Unless  we  tell  you  otherwise,  upon  any  termination,  (a)  the  rights  and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the AI Art Generator : AI Image App, and (if needed) delete it from your device. Changes to This Terms and Conditions We may unilaterally amend and update our Terms and Conditions  from time  to time.

Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you  of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. The User acknowledges that it cannot gain a title and/or status of Galaxy Apps Center’s representative, authorized  person,  agent,  commercial  representative,  stakeholder,  solution  or  business partner,  dealer  etc.  by  concluding  this Agreement;  therefore,  the  User  shall  not  be  able  to disclose  a  notification  to  be  interpreted  as  such  in  any  documents,  brochures  and advertisements  to  be  arranged  by  and  between  third  parties,  on  its  website  or  in  its references. Terms of Subscriptions

Subscribed users have unlimited use & access to all premium features of the App without

Ads.

Non-subscribed users can continuously use the app with advertisements & have limited use of premium features.

Payment will be charged to Google Play account at confirmation of purchases.

The subscription will be auto-renewed unless it is turned off within 24 hours before the end of the period.

Your account will be charged according to your plan for renewal within 24 hours to the end of the current period.

Any unused portion of trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when user purchases a subscription where applicable.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew at subscription page of Google Play after purchase. Note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel Subscription.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, let open the Google Play Store.

2. Check if you are signed into the correct Google account.

3. Tap Menu Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to cancel.

4. Tap Cancel subscription.

 

Galaxy Apps Center END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

These  terms  and  conditions  legally  create  an  agreement  between  you,  as  the  User,  and Galaxy Apps Center.  Please  read  all  terms  and  conditions  and  further  Galaxy Apps Center Service  scope carefully. By continuing you agree with our terms as set out under this Terms and Conditions, including the Galaxy Apps Center End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. 1.

TERMS OF USE 1. Galaxy Apps Center, is pleased to provide you the AI Art Generator : AI Image App, as the user (User), its branded mobile applications and any and all related  documentation  (each,  an  “Galaxy Apps Center  App”  and  collectively  the  “Galaxy Apps Center Apps”)  a  list  of  which  is  available  at  the Google  Play.  You hereby  agree  to  be  bound  by  these  terms  of  service  any  time  you  use  or  access AI Art Generator : AI Image App. 

These  terms  and  conditions  are  set  forth  by  Galaxy Apps Center for  any  of  its products or  services  located  in  the Google  Play and/or  any other  online  platform  (each  a  “Galaxy Apps Center Service”  and  collectively  the  “Galaxy Apps Center Services”), excluding any provision specifically referring to AI Art Generator : AI Image App. Your use of the  Galaxy Apps Center Services  is  subject  to  your  acceptance  and  compliance  with  these terms.  “Use”  or  “using”  means  hereby  to  access,  install,  download, copy,  in-app purchasing or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Cod Galaxy Apps Center Apps as per  with  the  documentation.
